  • 2 large Eggs Also used in the marinade
  • 1 pound Chicken tenders Fresh chicken yields the best results
Coating
  • 1 cup Flour For coating the chicken
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika For flavor
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder For flavor
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt Seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper Seasoning
For frying
  • Vegetable oil for frying Vegetable oil Heat over medium-high

Preparation
  1. Start by marinating the chicken tenders in a mixture of buttermilk and eggs for at least an hour in the refrigerator.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to prepare the coating.
Coating
  1. Remove the chicken from the marinade, letting any excess drip off before dredging it in the flour mixture.
  2. Ensure each piece is well-coated.
Frying
  1. In a deep skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Once hot, carefully add chicken tenders, frying until golden brown on both sides, about 5-7 minutes per side.
  3. Remove from the oil and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
