- In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, salt, garlic salt, and yeast.
- Add the warm water and melted butter, mixing until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until it becomes smooth.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it, and let it rise for about 1 hour or until it has doubled in size.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Once risen, punch down the dough and shape it into a loaf.
- Place the loaf in a greased bread pan and let it rise again for another 30 minutes.
- Brush the top with melted butter before placing it in the oven.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the loaf is golden brown.
- Allow it to cool slightly before slicing, and enjoy it toasted with garlic butter!
