Ingredients
  

Salad Base
  • 8 cups Romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup red onion, sliced
  • 2 pieces Roma tomatoes, chopped
  • 24 pieces black olives, low sodium, pitted
  • 9 pieces pepperoncini peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup croutons, homemade
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
Dressing
  • 1/2 cup Olive Garden Italian salad dressing, light

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large salad bowl, combine the chopped Romaine lettuce, red onion, and Roma tomatoes.
  2. Add the black olives and pepperoncini peppers to the bowl.
  3. Drizzle the Olive Garden Italian salad dressing over the salad and toss to combine well.
  4. Top with homemade croutons and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy your copycat Olive Garden salad.

Notes

Store leftover salad in an airtight container in the fridge. For best results, keep the dressing separate until just before serving.
