Cooking the Beef
- In a skillet over medium heat, spray with cooking spray and add the ground beef.
- Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat and stir in taco seasoning.
Assembling the Crunchwrap
- Lay a large flour tortilla on a flat surface.
- Place a tostada in the center and layer with cooked beef, lettuce, diced tomato, cheddar cheese, nacho cheese sauce, and a dollop of sour cream.
- Fold the edges of the tortilla over the filling to create a wrap.
Cooking the Crunchwrap
- In the same skillet, place the Crunchwrap seam-side down.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
