  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp chili powder can substitute with cayenne for extra heat
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the chicken breast to the marinade, ensuring it's well-coated, and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Cooking

  2. Cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until it is fully cooked through.
  3. Remove the chicken from the heat and let it rest for a few minutes before chopping or shredding.
