Preparation and Cooking
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or a large pot over medium heat.
- Open the can of biscuits and separate them.
- Use a small round cutter to cut a hole in the center of each biscuit to form a donut shape.
- Once the oil is hot, carefully place the biscuits in the oil, cooking a few at a time without overcrowding.
- Fry until they are golden brown, about 1-2 minutes on each side.
- Remove the donuts from the oil and let them drain on paper towels.
- While they are still warm, roll them in sugar until well coated.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Store the donuts in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days, or freeze them for longer storage. Reheat in the microwave for a fresh taste.
