Cooking
- In a pan over medium-high heat, combine the chicken tenderloins, bouillon cube, 1 tablespoon of ranch dressing mix, and 2 cups of water.
- Bring to a boil and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
- After cooking, remove the chicken tenderloins and shred them using two forks.
Mixing
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with mayonnaise and grated celery.
- Sprinkle in the remaining 1 teaspoon of ranch dressing mix and stir until well incorporated.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. For freezing, leave out the mayonnaise until ready to serve. Try adding diced grapes or apples for a touch of sweetness, or nuts for extra crunch.
