Cooking
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and coat it evenly in the flour mixture.
- Fry the coated chicken in the hot oil for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Place the cooked chicken on a bun and serve with additional pickles if desired.
Notes
For added crunch, consider double dredging the chicken by dipping it in the egg wash again before coating with flour. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days and reheat to maintain crispiness.
