- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually blend this dry mixture into the creamy mixture.
- Fold in the crushed Oreos and white chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Drop by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheets.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
Notes
Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. Freeze cooled leftovers in a freezer-safe bag.
