- Cook the chow mein noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the sliced bell peppers and carrots, and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.
- Toss in the bean sprouts and cooked noodles, mixing well.
- Pour in the soy sauce and add salt and pepper to taste.
- Stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve immediately.
Notes
Consider garnishing with fresh herbs or sesame seeds. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
