Bagel Shaping and Boiling

- Punch down the dough and divide into 12 equal pieces, shaping each into a bagel.
- Boil a large pot of water and add brown sugar.
- Boil each bagel for 1 minute on each side.
- Place boiled bagels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

- In a bowl, combine granulated sugar, cinnamon, and crushed cornflakes.
- Brush the bagels with melted butter, then sprinkle with the topping mixture.
