Ingredients
  

For the wrap
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, chopped You can use shredded rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped Feel free to substitute with spinach or kale.
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing Use your favorite brand or homemade dressing.
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese For extra flavor, add more to taste.
  • 4 pieces whole wheat wraps or tortillas These can also be made with regular tortillas.
  • to taste salt and pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the chopped chicken, romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, and grated Parmesan cheese.
  2. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Take each wrap or tortilla and place a generous portion of the chicken mixture in the center.
  4. Roll them tightly, folding in the sides as you go to secure the filling.
  5. Slice in half and serve immediately for the best flavors.

Notes

Store any unused wraps in an airtight container in the fridge for 2 to 3 days. For meal prep, store filling and wraps separately until ready to eat. For longer storage, the chicken mixture can be frozen for up to a month.
