Preparation

Mixing
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the heavy cream and chocolate chips.
Baking
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared cookie sheets.
- Bake for about 10-12 minutes or until the cookies are set.
- Allow to cool before serving.
