- In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, chipotle in adobo sauce, minced garlic, ground cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.

- Remove the chicken from the marinade and cook in the skillet for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and nicely caramelized.
