Preparation
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef and chopped onions over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Stir in the refried beans, tomato paste, tomato sauce, taco seasoning, and water. Mix well and simmer for about 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Spoon a portion of the beef and bean mixture into each flour tortilla, then top with a sprinkle of cheddar cheese.
- Roll up the tortillas tightly, placing them seam-side down in a baking dish.
Baking
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes until the burritos are heated through and the cheese is melted.

Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Fully assembled burritos can be frozen for up to 2 months. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 20-25 minutes until warmed through.
