- Take one wonton wrapper and place a generous spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center.
- Moisten the edges of the wonton with a little water and fold it closed, sealing the edges tightly.
Cooking
- In a frying pan over medium heat, heat your oil until shimmering.
- Carefully add the wontons to the hot oil and fry them until they turn a beautiful golden brown, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Once fried, remove them and let them drain on paper towels.
