  • 1 lb Chicken tenderloins
  • 1 1/2 tsp Honey
  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing
  • 1 tsp Lime juice (fresh squeezed)

Method

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix together the honey, Italian dressing, and lime juice.
  2. Add the chicken tenderloins to the marinade, ensuring they’re fully coated.
  3. Let the chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes to absorb the flavors.
Cooking
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the marinated chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until fully cooked and golden brown.

Notes

To store any leftovers, place them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. If you prefer to freeze them, wrap the tenders well and they will last for up to 2 months. For reheating, use the oven or air fryer to maintain the crispy texture.
