  • 0.5 cups scallions Chopped finely.
  • 0.75 cups mayonnaise
  • 0.25 cups sour cream Can substitute with Greek yogurt for a creamier texture.
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp relish
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill
  • 0.33 tsp garlic powder
  • Bread slices Use your favorite type.
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped pickles, hard-boiled eggs, and scallions.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, relish, fresh dill, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and stir gently to combine.
  4. Scoop the chicken salad onto your favorite slices of bread, then close the sandwich and enjoy!

Notes

For added flavor, chill the salad for at least an hour before serving. Experiment with spices such as paprika or cayenne pepper for a unique taste.
