  • 2 tbsp celery, finely minced
  • 2/3 cup Duke's Mayonnaise Greek yogurt can be used as a healthier substitute.
  • 1/8 tsp onion powder
  • 2 units hard-boiled eggs, peeled and diced
  • 3 tbsp sweet pickle relish
  • 1 tbsp pickle juice

Preparation
  1. Use a food processor or Kitchen Aid to shred your cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Finely mince your celery until the pieces are barely visible.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken, minced celery, diced eggs, sweet pickle relish, mayonnaise, and onion powder.
  4. Stir the mixture until well combined, ensuring all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  5. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
  6. Serve the chicken salad on bread, with crackers, or over a salad.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about 3-4 days. This dish can be served fresh or as a warm dip if slightly heated and served with cheese.
