Preparation
- Pour enough water into a pot to cover the chicken tenders by about one inch.
- Add the chicken bouillon powder to the water and stir to dissolve.
- Bring the water to a gentle simmer, then add the chicken tenders. Allow them to simmer until fully cooked, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Once cooked, remove the chicken from the pot and let it cool completely. Shred the cooled chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Dukes mayonnaise, dry ranch dressing mix, chopped dill, and finely chopped cucumber. Mix until everything is evenly incorporated.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld together.
Notes
Serve on crusty bread, in a wrap, or over greens. Ideal for picnics, best enjoyed within 3-5 days of preparation. Freezing may affect texture.
