Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mayonnaise, chopped celery, and diced red onion.
  2. Add the Dijon mustard, lemon juice, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
