Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)
For Serving
  • Ketchup and mustard for dipping

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef together with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until browned and fully cooked.
  3. Once cooked, remove the beef from heat and let it cool slightly. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until it’s evenly combined.
  4. Open the biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a small disk and spoon a portion of the cheeseburger filling into the center.
  5. Fold the edges of the biscuit over the filling and pinch to seal tightly.
  6. Arrange the bombs seam side down on a baking sheet. If desired, sprinkle sesame seeds on top for added flavor and presentation.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown and puffed.
  8. Serve warm with ketchup and mustard on the side for dipping.

Notes

These bombs are best enjoyed fresh, but leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. To reheat, pop them in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes.
