Preparation
  1. Place the shredded chicken, mayonnaise, and buffalo sauce in a large mixing bowl. Combine the ingredients thoroughly until the chicken is well-coated.
  2. Fold in the diced celery, sliced green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Make sure everything is mixed well for an even flavor distribution.
  3. Serve immediately as a sandwich filling, a wrap, or a savory dip. Alternatively, refrigerate for later use to allow flavors to meld.

Notes

You can use rotisserie chicken to save time. Adjust the spice level of the buffalo sauce to your preference. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days or freeze individual portions for up to a month.
