  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce Provides depth to the flavor.
For stir-frying
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil For high-heat cooking.
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced green bell pepper, sliced Can substitute with other bell peppers.
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced red bell pepper, sliced Can substitute with other bell peppers.
  • 1 onion, sliced onion, sliced Adds sweetness to the dish.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Enhances flavor.
For serving
  • 4 servings cooked rice White or jasmine rice is recommended.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, marinate the sliced beef with soy sauce, black pepper, and oyster sauce for about 15 minutes.
Cooking
  1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add garlic to the pan and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Introduce the marinated beef to the pan, stir-frying until browned evenly.
  4. Add the sliced onions and bell peppers, continuing to stir-fry until the vegetables are tender.
  5. Serve hot over cooked rice.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze and consume within 2 months. Reheat in a skillet over low heat to maintain tenderness.
