  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
Seasonings
  • 1 tablespoon chipotle in adobo sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Preparation
  1. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned, draining any excess fat.
  2. Stir in the cooked rice, black beans, diced tomatoes, cumin, garlic powder, and chipotle sauce. Cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
Assembly
  1. Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface and divide the beef mixture among them.
  2. Top with shredded cheese and cilantro.
  3. Roll each burrito tightly, ensuring all ingredients are wrapped snugly inside.
Storage and Reheating
  1. Wrap burritos in foil for storage in the refrigerator or freezer.
  2. To reheat, place in a 350°F oven or microwave individually until warmed.

Notes
