Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In a large bowl, using a mixer, cream the softened butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Stir in the chocolate chips.
Baking
- Drop rounded tablespoons of cookie dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 9-11 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
