Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 small Jalapeno, minced Adjust heat level by using less or opting for a milder pepper.
  • 1/4 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 small Red bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tbsp Lime juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1/3 cup light Mayo Can substitute with Greek yogurt for a lighter version.
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard powder
  • 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1/8 tsp Black pepper, ground
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/3 cup Sour cream

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the garlic powder, minced jalapeno, onion powder, and finely chopped red bell pepper.
  2. Add the freshly squeezed lime juice, light mayo, mustard powder, kosher salt, black pepper, grated Parmesan cheese, and sour cream.
  3. Mix everything thoroughly until you achieve a well-blended sauce.
  4. Store in the fridge for up to one week.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding hot sauce or adjusting the amounts of sour cream and mayo based on your taste. Can be frozen in small portions.
