Method
 

Preparation
  1. Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and ginger, and sauté until fragrant—about 1 minute.
  3. Toss in the sliced chicken, cooking until browned and nearly cooked through.
  4. Stir in the jalapeños and sauté for another 2 minutes.
  5. Add soy sauce and honey, stirring well to coat the chicken evenly.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked and the sauce thickens slightly.
  8. Serve over cooked rice and garnish with chopped green onions.
